Integra Realty Resources is opening a New Orleans office as the national firm expands across the Mid-South region.
IRR, based in Denver, Colorado, has begun operations at 643 Magazine St., a news release said. John Praytor, executive director of IRR’s offices in Gulfport and Jackson, Mississippi; Memphis, Tennessee; and Little Rock, Arkansas, will lead the New Orleans office. Jim Turner II will serve as its territorial director, overseeing a staff of four.
Praytor said in a statement that the New Orleans and Little Rock markets are growing, and “the timing was right to expand.” The company has added 17 offices nationwide, launched a hotels specialty practice group and expanded its litigation practice group and health care and senior housing practice.
IRR is the largest independent commercial real estate valuation services firm in North America. The company specializes in real estate appraisals, feasibility and market studies, expert testimony and property consulting services. In 2017, IRR completed more than 23,000 assignments across 60 metro markets totaling more than $257 billion in asset value.
